Spirit is energy and energy is spirit, matter is energy and energy is matter. When we stop moving we come closer to the spirit, the force of things and when we're in constant motions and chaos we come closer to the matter with things but spirit, energy and matter are essentially the same and the difference is what we're doing with it within our little corner of the spectral fields and with what intensity. We are both at once unique as individual entities and intimately drawn up, entangled with the whole. To change darkness then to light we must change ourselves and yet the darkness as with the light still remains and all things are like this. The eddy and the whirlwind dissipate but the matter, the energy and the spirit still remains. It's only the directions of motion and amplitude that really ever change.
